This is the user agreement which governs your use of this web site. By using or visiting this PWR Events Limited site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you violate these terms of use PWR Eye Limited may terminate your use of the site, bar you from future use cancel your ticket order and take legal action against you.
PWR Events Limited does not promise that the site will be error free - the site and content are delivered on an "as available" and "as-is" basis. PWR vents Limited cannot ensure that the files you download from the site will be free of viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties and will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site.
The content and software of this site is the property of PWR Events Limited . You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and retain copies of pages from this site for your own personal use. You also agree not to duplicate, modify, publish or download any of the information on this site unless authorised by PWR Events Limited.
Tickets can not be resold or refunded and PWR Events Limited shall not be liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to travel and car parking.
PWR Events Limited retains the right to refuse admission or request visitors to leave the venue at any time.
PWR Events Limited also excludes all liability for any loss, damage to personal property or injury to visitors, however caused, but do not exclude liability where any death or injury is caused by the negligence of PWR Events Limited, its staff or servants.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available after you have purchased your tickets.
If circumstances oblige the organisers to cancel an event, customers should contact the source of their ticket (web site, hotline or other outlet) for refund arrangements.
The organisers promote responsible drinking at all times with an emphasis on beer appreciation and quality not quantity. See www.drinkaware.co.uk for further advice. Please pace yourself as anyone found to be intoxicated will be removed from the event.
All bars close at 10.30pm.
By purchasing this ticket you agree to comply with the following rules:
- Persons under 18 are only permitted entry to the event with a 'Before 5pm' ticket holder
- Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder at all times whilst at the event.
- No children under 18 are permitted entry to the event after 5pm
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol at the event.
- No alcohol may be brought into the event.
- Any alcohol bought on the premises for consumption off the premises is strictly not permitted to be consumed in Greenwich Town Centre as an alcohol ban is in place and persons are likely to face prosecution.
- Possession, sale or consumption of Class A, B and C drugs is not permitted.
- Any person purchasing a ticket at the festival box office thought to be under age will be asked for appropriate ID. The person will be refused entry unless the appropriate ID is shown.
- Any person in possession of an e-ticket to the festival bought in advance thought to be under age will be asked for appropriate ID. The person will be refused entry unless the appropriate ID is shown.
Any person breaching these rules risks being ejected from the event and if appropriate, reported to the Police.
All customer rights under the 1988 Data Protection Act (UK) any subsequent revisions will apply.
